Job Description
Reporting Relationship
The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.
Duties and Relationships
- Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the existing business marketing.
- Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
- Photographs the project sitre in question to provide before photographs for the showroom album.
- Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
- Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
- Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.
- Attends project measure to ensure accurate scope handoff to project management.
- Collects payments from customers.
- Communicates necessary information to manager/franchise owner to enable them to complete a materials orders.
- Initiates any scope change orders.
- Serve as the client contact throughout the process from sale to final walkthrough.
